Coaches/Manager must check in at least 30 minutes prior to 1st game played. Check in will be at the Spranger Field Pavilion for ALL Teams.

Coaches/Manager must turn in (team NOT allowed to play without the first two items below)

1. Roster: Your official roster (First/Last Name and Birth date required) will be due at time of check-in. For this tournament, a player will be eligible to play in their age division according to their age as of December 31 of this calendar year. No changes or additions will be allowed to the roster once they are turned in. This copy will not be given back to you. No player is allowed to be on multiple rosters.
2. A "Team Insurance Certificate". This copy will not be given back to you.
3. Coach/Manager must have Birth Certificate copies available in the event of an age protest.
