Eagles '06 Dewitt continued their outstanding play this past weekend at the Blue Chip Summer Slam.  They finished with an overall record of 6-1, with their only loss coming in the semi-finals to Diamonds-Weber, the eventual Blue Chip Summer Slam Champions.

The Eagles bats were on fire for most of the tournament scoring 59 runs on 86 hits, while their pitching was equally effective, allowing 17 runs on 40 hits.  

Although this a true 13u team, this top 4 finish in a field of 32 teams show that they can stack up and contend against any 14u team in the state.  Great job ladies!  Go Eagles!
