Everyone in the organization will be held to the E.A.G.L.E.S. standards. Those standards are as follows:

Effort- Effort is important in both go the equations for building skill and achieving your goals. (Talent x Effort = Skill; Skill x Effort = Achievement) Therefore effort counts twice! Talent is defined as the how quickly you can learn a new skill.

Attitude- Thinking, feeling, and behaving in a positive mindset through all types of communication including body language, language, facial expressions, and more

Grit- The ability to persevere through hard times, new skills, new mindsets, attitude, challenges

Leadership- The ability to lead, influence, or guide through action, words, attitude, and body language

Energy- Keeping the intensity and vitality up both personally and for the team (cheering on teammates, chanting)

Selfless- Putting the needs of the team and the sport above your personal interest while still striving to be the best version of yourself.
